When we don’t look, we can’t see and we can’t heal. I grew up on Clearview Rd in upstate NY. Things happened and for decades I hid from truth because it was painful. We all have trauma. I seriously did not remember until i did. Our past is very important. It teaches us a tremendous amount and we signed up for the learning. To honor my past and all of the teachers in my life, especially the ones I resisted because of the pain I use the past in my name for my business. How brave. Right? It really takes something to heal. AND, it’s not so hard if you are committed. I have had more joy and peace in my life than ever and I am eternally grateful for the shifts caused by the work. I bring it to you here and it has multiple aspects and modalities that all come together as one.

Standard sessions are the place to start AND they are always helpful! Once 3 standard sessions have been completed then the other options are available to you. The standard sessions clears the prominent things in the space. Since we accumulate experiences daily and we react emotionally and store undigested thoughts there is always something to clear from our space in one of many ways. The first 3 sessions take dissonance in the biofield from long standing events in life and helps detach emotion and blocks bringing us back to neutrality. Commonly, people feel a deep sense of relaxation and peaceful feeling. This is the space where the healing happens. Many will feel a shift that is hard to describe, a letting go of something.
